1. Eligibility
   All active members who log in, deposit, and place bets at 811Casino are automatically eligible for VIP status once they reach the required monthly deposit tier.
2. VIP Evaluation Cycle
   The system calculates the total confirmed deposit amount on a monthly cycle (1st–30th/31st).
   All VIP titles are updated on the 7th of the following month.
3. VIP Maintenance & Downgrade Policy
   Members are advised to remain active (login, deposit, and place bets) to maintain their VIP level.
   VIP status is reset monthly based on the deposit amount from the previous month.
   Members who fail to meet the required tier will be downgraded to Normal Member.
4. VIP Upgrade Rewards
   VIP upgrade rewards will be automatically credited to the member’s main wallet by the 7th of the month.
   All upgrade rewards are subject to a 1× turnover requirement.
5. Birthday Bonus
   Members may claim their birthday bonus through Live Chat.
   Verification using an original Identity Card or Passport is required.
   Members must have made at least three (3) deposits in the previous month to be eligible for the birthday bonus.
